1. How long is your sample or production lead time?
Sample: 5-7 working days after everything confirmed. Production: Our regular lead time is 10-15 working days after confirming artwork and payment. It depends on your products & quantities.
2. What's your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 piece.
3. Can I get some discounts?
Yes, depending on your order amount, the more you order, the cheaper it will be.
4. Can I have my logo on the product?
Yes, all products can be customized, it's more than logos and brand; colors, size, patterns can be changed as required.
5. How do I check the quality of products?
We have our own experienced QC team and we also accept inspections by your QC or third-party QC services.
6. How can I get my own design?
If you have your own design ideas, please contact us and we can customize any style according to your specific requirements.
