2. How can I obtain a sample?
Standard color swatch cards can be sent to you completely free of charge; you only need to cover the delivery freight. For heavily customized samples tailored specifically to your layout specs, please reach out to our support team to calculate design preparation costs. Freight charges can be paid directly via major carriers such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, or UPS. Alternatively, we also offer pre-production sampling for bulk-order deposits.
3. What are the typical sample and production lead times?
Existing in-stock catalog samples: 2 - 3 business days.
Bespoke customized OEM samples: 7 - 12 business days depending on sourcing.
Mass production lead-time: 25 - 30 calendar days following official proof sign-off, or according to your exact ordering timeline.
4. What shipping options are available?
We accommodate multiple shipping options including Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Express Courier services. Ocean Freight remains our most economical option for large-scale bulk procurement orders.
5. What are your standard terms of payment?
Our standard payment agreement is a T/T transaction layout (30% upfront deposit to initiate development, with the remaining 70% balanced out prior to global dispatch). Smaller sample invoicing can be settled directly via PayPal or Western Union payments.
